Through a CTQ Flowdown, the relationship between strategic goals, project objective and measurable process performance (CTQs) becomes clear.<\/p>\n<p>A project objective can be divided into one or more CTQs.<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\"  id=\"row-1712593427\">\n\n\t<div id=\"col-474304114\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.improven.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Afbeelding4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"14\" height=\"17\" \/>\u00a0Steps<\/p>\n<p>Customers have all kinds of requirements and wishes (see also technology - Voice of the Customer). These are often in the areas of speed, quality, cost or service.<\/p>\n<p>To make targeted improvements, you then translate the customer requirement into a project objective and a measurable process performance (CTQ). For this, you can use a CTQ Flowdown.<\/p>\n<p>The CTQs are then translated into concrete measurements (see technique - operational definition).<\/p>\n<p>With a CTQ Flowdown, you make the following insights:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Who is the customer of the process? CUSTOMER external customer\/finance department<\/li>\n<li>What does the customer demand? CTS quality\/speed<\/li>\n<li>What do we want to achieve? OBJECTIVE reliable order\/timely input<\/li>\n<li>Which measurable performance is being improved? CTQ # wrong orders\/throughput time orders<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1429003877\" class=\"col medium-6 small-12 large-6\"  >\n\t\t\t\t<div
