Improven strengthens Young Improven management with young talent

For the past four years, Masha Hennequin and Guido Anninga have, with great pleasure and satisfaction, built "Young Improven". A successful formula and a wonderful programme in which many of our consultants are now participating or have started their consultancy careers. The group stands, the group shines and is ready for further growth and development; "Young Improven 2.0". For Masha, however, the time has come to shift her focus, she will focus entirely on Sales & Recruitment at IMPROVEN. Of course, Guido will continue to build the Young Improven team and programme in the coming years. We have the ambition to grow, Young Improven helps to do so. We will bring Young Improven to around 30 professionals and start a programme twice a year from September. In terms of content, we will continue to work on the structure and content of the programme.

To realise further growth and changes, YIP's management will be reinforced with two top players: Denice Overeinder and Jacco van de Griek.

Denice - Senior Consultant at Business IT - and Jacco, Senior Consultant at P&C, will combine their new management role within Young Improven with the execution of subject matter projects for BIT and P&C.

Jacco van de Griek (30)

Jacco: "I am looking forward to leading our breeding ground for talented consultants together with Guido and Denice. The chance to be of great value to the growth and development of our Young Improvers is a great challenge for me! I hope to use my own experiences at clients and within Improven to prepare our talents for our professional groups."

Denice Overeinder (30)

Denice: "A great challenge, a new adventure! I'm really looking forward to this adventure, together with Guido, Jacco and all talented YIP-ers, to bring YIP to a higher level. I will try to share my experiences and ensure that the YIP people shine even more! Lets go on an adventure together!"

Guido Anninga

Guido, Denice and Jacco have the joint mission to take Young Improven 2.0 further, each also supervising a team of Young Improvers. This is very important to be able to (continue to) pay full attention to the individual development of each participant in the programme.

I am proud that these two talents from the internal organisation have grabbed this opportunity with both hands.

I wish Denice, Jacco, Guido and Masha every success in their new roles and focus!
