The Actuarial Reporting department of an insurer in the Randstad region focusing on Property & Casualty, Life & Income is looking for an interim process specialist Actuarial Reporting.


The department consists of about 25 colleagues who are mainly responsible for actuarial reporting.

Job information

Some 20 processes have been identified to be gone through to arrive at all actuarial reports, with three end products being key, namely financial statements, DNB reports and management information.

Process sheets need to be drafted or further developed. There is a need to go deeper into these. In addition, the client needs to start working on work instructions that need to be laid down. The process specialist is not in the lead here.

The process specialist places responsibilities with the team as much as possible. Sessions are organised to bring current knowledge to the surface. Once the processes are in place and the descriptions are in place, an RCSA is a logical continuation of the assignment.

Job requirements

The need is for a process specialist to take the lead to manage this process assignment. In addition, several years of experience in this field at insurers as well as an HBO/WO education in accounting/reporting/risk is a must.
