PROCESS ANALIST

We regularly have interesting assignments for Process Analysts at clients in the public sector. Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for process optimisation? Do you want to play an impactful role on interesting topics. Then we are looking for you!

Who are we looking for?

You are a driven professional with a sharp analytical mind and a strong focus on process management. Besides excellent communication skills, you are accurate and feel responsible for the success of your projects.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting processes (Finance, HR, IT) according to guidelines;
• Work closely with process owners, process managers and process experts, among others;
• Collect bottlenecks and improvement ideas and help prioritise them for effective process improvement;
• Analyse potential risks in collaboration with the process owner and process manager;
• Developing methods for measuring process performance;
• Implement/implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• Completed college education in business administration, information management or similar field;
• Working experience in the public sector such as ministries, provinces, municipalities and NGOs;
• 3-5 years' experience in process improvement, process modelling and designing process performance measurement methods.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile and/or Scrum is an advantage
