Who are we looking for?
You are a driven professional with a sharp analytical mind and a strong focus on process management. Besides excellent communication skills, you are accurate and feel responsible for the success of your projects.
Responsibilities:
- Documenting processes (Finance, HR, IT) according to guidelines;
- Work closely with process owners, process managers and process experts, among others;
- Collect bottlenecks and improvement ideas and help prioritise them for effective process improvement;
- Analyse potential risks in collaboration with the process owner and process manager;
- Developing methods for measuring process performance;
- Implement/implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Completed college education in business administration, information management or similar field;
- Working experience in the public sector such as ministries, provinces, municipalities and NGOs;
- 3-5 years' experience in process improvement, process modelling and designing process performance measurement methods.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile and/or Scrum is an advantage
