What do we do as a team?
Our Projects & Change team specialises in guiding transitions by designing, directing and supporting projects and project organisations with a pragmatic approach. We base our designs on our own and market best practices. To arrive at the best solution, we combine methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, Prince2, P3O, MSP and MOP in hybrid forms. We understand agile working, but also see the added value of waterfall and especially the combination of both ways of thinking.
Within these change processes, the Project Management Office is the spider in the web. Because with a well-functioning PMO, organisations get a grip on their projects and programmes and are able to make fast, flexible and well-founded decisions, thus successfully completing the right projects. There is no 'one size fits all' PMO. Nevertheless, in every complex project, whether it is a new strategy, an implementation of an IT system or a changing process house in finance or HR, there is a big common denominator: the PMO is essential. As a PMO, you are a sparring partner of the project or programme managers and support them with, for instance, drawing up and maintaining the project planning and reports, organising and preparing working sessions, communicating with stakeholders and steering the project budget. But we don't shy away from central PMOs either, where the organisation's entire project portfolio is managed.
