Sustainable working starts at our office

Our U-Building office is not only energy-efficient (Energy Label A+, BREEAM Excellent), but also an example of future-proof building management. We save energy with smart technology, LED lighting and motion sensors. Appliances switch off automatically outside working hours and waste is actively separated. By 2025, we aim to recycle at least 80% of our waste. This is how we make our workplace a sustainable place.

Conscious Purchasing

Sustainable procurement is a shared responsibility at IMPROVEN. We aim for more than 60% of our procurement to be sustainable, green or socially responsible by 2025. Think of events at social firms, corporate gifts from sustainable partners and conscious choices in equipment and food. With campaigns and structural embedding in our strategy, we will make sustainable procurement the standard.

CO2 offsetting with Trees for All Foundation

Every year, we donate to the Trees for All Foundation to offset our carbon emissions. This way, we contribute to sustainable forest projects at home and abroad. This cooperation fits in with our commitment to a climate-conscious future.
